Information in this prototype

Profile names and biographies, post captions, saved places, filters, meetup and SafeCheck simulations, and reservation drafts are saved in your browser. Reservation drafts may include a guest name, date, party size and notes. These drafts are not uploaded to an Avenues account database or published to other users.

The prototype does not create real accounts, connect wallets, transfer funds, send WhatsApp messages or make reservations. SafeCheck does not contact anyone. Posts and destinations currently shown are fictional samples.

Technical records and providers

Google Cloud hosts the app in europe-west4. Hosting infrastructure processes technical request information such as IP addresses, request URLs, times and browser information to deliver, maintain and secure the service. The configured standard log bucket retains logs for 30 days; the required audit bucket retains audit logs for 400 days. Both log buckets use Google's global location. The app's regional deployment does not mean all provider processing is confined to that region.

Privacy correspondence is handled through GoDaddy's Microsoft 365 email service. When you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use this information to answer you and handle your request. Correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and document its handling, subject to applicable legal requirements.

The current frontend has no analytics SDK or advertising tracking. It uses browser storage to remember prototype drafts and preferences. Instagram API access is not currently enabled. External links open third-party services governed by their own policies.

Retention and your choices

Browser drafts remain until you clear site storage or your browser removes them. The feed's five-hour window does not delete saved drafts. See deletion instructions. Clearing browser data does not remove hosting logs or email correspondence.

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object, receive portable data, or complain to your local data protection authority. Requests are reviewed individually; some information may need to be retained under applicable requirements. We may ask for proportionate information to locate records and verify that they concern you.

Changes to the service

This notice describes the current prototype. It will be updated before introducing real account storage, live social content, wallet transactions or messaging that changes how personal information is processed.
